All products are custom made therefore we do not offer refunds on deposits or final payments.
Once the order is made, we do not offer any refunds on deposits and customer is liable for paying the full balance.
Adelaide Home Installations were liable for incorrect product or product is unable to be installed at our own fault will have the product remade and replaced.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind as all products are custom made. Customers select their product and colour as this is custom made the customer waives their right to a refund.
In all cases Adelaide Home Installations will repair defective products within the prescribed warranty period (at the discretion of Adelaide Home Installations) at no cost to the customer. Travel and labour charges may apply..

Manufacturers can change their warranty policy at any time, and it is up to their discretion on products deemed covered under warranty.
Please carefully read through all Terms & Conditions as proceeding with your quote to order is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Quotations and Order Confirmation 1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date the quote is issued. 2. All quotations are provided alongside these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the quotation and Terms prior to accepting the quotation (together “Quote”) 3. An acceptance of the Quote will formulate the agreement between you and Adelaide Home Installations LTD PTY (“Agreement”). 4. Any of the following shall be deemed acceptance of the Quote by the customer: a. The customer returning the Quote to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD with the customer’s signature on it or by approving the quote using our XERO account acceptance. c. The customer paying the Deposit as described in clause 12 of these Terms. 5. Quotes are provided by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD with the information and specifications provided to the customer. 6. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD is not responsible for any variation of the quoted price if the variation is as a result of the customer’s request. Requoting will be done at the time of Measure or at a time of which is at the discretion of Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD and may cause delays to the anticipated installation date. 7. Quotes for natural material are estimates only unless you have selected your exact slab/s of material, as 8. Unless specified otherwise, all Quotes and prices provided by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD are inclusive of GST. Deposits and Payments 9. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD requires a standard 30% Deposit to be paid prior ordering of materials for the job 10. Deposits are non-refundable once order of materials have been placed. 11. Prior to, or upon installation, Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD will provide the customer with an invoice specifying the final fee payable by the customer. 12. Invoices will be emailed to the email address on file, unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they check their emails for their invoice and that payment is settled by the due date. 13. The customer must pay Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD the full invoiced amount by the due date stated on the invoice. If balance payment has not been made, installation or works will be postponed and rescheduled at Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD discretion. 14. Any Deposit paid by the customer to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD will be deducted from the invoiced amount. 15. Payment can be made by cash, eftpos/credit card or bank transfer. 16. To the extent permitted by law, Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD shall not be liable to any third parties for any injury, harm, loss, damages, costs, expense or other claim arising from the supply of goods and/or services or arising from any breach, default or negligence of Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD in connection with the supply of goods and/or services. 17. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD maintains ownership of all products and materials supplied by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD to the customer in the event of any default, and reserves the rights to recover said products and materials from the customer to offset any outstanding payments owed to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD Works and Variations 18. Upon site inspection, the pricing of any Quotes may vary depending on site access, whether or not Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD require additional equipment, ie Cherry Picker. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD will always provide this information in the quote if the job required additional equipment. 19. Unless the job is supply only and measurements were provided by the customer there is no refunds on products measured by the customer as all products are custom made to order. 20. Any variations to the services sought by the customer must be made in writing prior to installation and are subject to the approval of Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD. 21. If required to do so, Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD may vary any Quote previously provided to the customer to account for variations. This includes any instructions provided on the day of installation by the customer or their employees, builders, designers, contractors, agents, or family etc. 22. The standard lead time is 14-16 working days from approval of Order Confirmation. This may vary based on contributing factors such as material availability, size of the job, complexity of the job, location and site availability. 23. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD does not accept any liability for lateness or delay caused as a result of the customer’s failure to pay the Deposit, or to accept the Quote or variations or suppliers are waiting upon stock. Cancellation 24. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD may cancel its obligations to provide the services or supply the goods under any Agreement by giving written notice to the customer at any time before the Deposit is paid by the customer under clause 12. 25. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD may cancel its obligations immediately if the customer is: a. Declared bankrupt; or b. Has a receiver, agent or manager appointed for all or substantially all of the property of the customer; or c. Enters into an arrangement or composition with its creditors; or d. Becomes insolvent within the meaning of section 95A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). 26. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD may cancel its obligations without notice if it reasonably determines that the work site is unsafe or if the customer has misrepresented the complexity of the work required. 27. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the customer if termination is as a result of the matters referred to in clause 25 and 26. 28. The customer may cancel its obligations by giving written notice to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD at any time before the Deposit is paid by the customer under clause 10. 29. If the customer cancels its Agreement with Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD then the customer must pay Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD for any and all costs, expenses or losses incurred by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD as a result of the customer’s cancellation. The customer must make payment of these costs within seven (7) days after being advised of what these costs are. Materials 30. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD supplies warranty of all products that are provided by the products manufacturer. 31. All labor provided by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD is covered under 12- month warranty. If the product is faulty and requires replacement Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD will charge a call out fee but will replace the product under the said warranty of the manufacturer. 32. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD uses a sub-contractor for all electrical services including power feeds for the Roller Shutters. 33. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD is not responsible for additional charges by the electrician if other defaults our found at the property. The Sub Contractor will discuss this with the owner of the property before commencing further work. 34. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD take no responsibility of any damage caused by a removal and/or re-installation unless the removal and/or re-installation is necessary due to an error by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD. Warranties and Guarantees 35. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD provides warranty under the products used by the manufacturer. 36. Following installation, defects must be immediately brought to the attention of Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD who will have the opportunity to remedy the defects if covered by warranty. 37 Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD offer a 12 month workmanship warranty after installation. 38. Service calls will be assessed and is up to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD to determine the cause. This does not cover repairs for misuse or damages to the material. Force Majeure 39. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD takes no responsibility and will have no liability to the customer in relation to any loss, damage or expense caused by Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD failure to supply the goods or complete the installation as a result of fire, flood, tempest, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, riot, civil disturbance, theft, vandalism, crime, strike, lockout, breakdown, war, the inability of Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD normal contractors to supply the necessary material or any other matter beyond Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD control. Guarantee 40. The customer accepting the Quote (see clause 4) hereby guarantees the payment of all monies that become due and payable pursuant to these Terms. This guarantee will continue following the termination of the Agreement in place between Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD and the customer, until all monies owing to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD are paid in full. 41. If the customer is a company, the Quote must be accepted by a Director or authorised officer of that company. By accepting the Quote, the Director or authorised officer hereby personally guarantee the payment of all monies that become due and payable pursuant to these Terms. This guarantee will continue following the termination of the Agreement in place between Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD and the customer, until all monies owing to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD are paid in full. Entire Agreement 42. These Terms contain the entire Agreement between the parties. The parties agree that any negotiations which led to the Agreement have been accurately incorporated in these Terms. General Matters 43. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of South Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Australia. 44. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD may at times communicate by email, and does not warrant that such communication is free from defect, virus, or shall otherwise be secure. The customer hereby acknowledges and agree to release Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD from all liability in respect to losses which may be incurred by the customer from such communications. 45. Upon payment of the Deposit under clause 12, the customer consents for Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD to take videos and/or photographs and use these videos and/or images of the installation site, work in progress, as well as the completed installation in their marketing material. Before, during and after photographs may be taken. A professional photographer can be sent following full site completion. a. This consent can be withdrawn by notice in writing advising Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD that the customer does not consent to videos and/or photographs being taken or videos and/or images of the work being used. b. This notice must be provided at least 72 hours prior to Adelaide Home Installation PTY LTD commencing the installation. 46. Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD is not responsible for obtaining any statutory or local government consents (if applicable) in order to perform the services. These consents must be obtained by the customer at their own cost and proof of these consents be provided to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD. 47. If any part of these Terms are found to be void, voidable or unenforceable, that part shall be struck out without affecting or eroding the enforceability or validity of the remaining parts, and such severance shall not detract from the obligations each party has pursuant to these Terms. 48. Acceptance of this quote is notified to Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD in the form of a deposit. Once the deposit is made all the terms have been agreed upon and no deposit can be refunded once the order has been finalized. 49. We allow a cooling off period if a deposit is made of 24 hours. It is Adelaide Home Installations PTY LTD discretion to refund beyond the 24 hours.
